By booking services with Trust Bond Clean Brisbane (True Standard Bond Cleaning, “Tru ST”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Acceptance of any quote provided by us constitutes acceptance of these terms. These conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Clients are not required to remain on-site during the service, but access must be arranged (keys or entry instructions provided).
The person who made the booking must remain available via phone during the service.
Parking must be arranged as close as possible to the property by the client.
Additional charges may apply for properties above ground level without lift access.
Essential utilities (water and electricity) must be connected; otherwise, our bond cleaning guarantee will not apply.
Properties must be fully vacated prior to the start of cleaning. Non-removable items may limit the scope of our guarantee.
Functional equipment on-site (air conditioning, fans, heaters) should be available for use.
We accept no responsibility for personal belongings left behind that may be disposed of during cleaning.
Fridge cleaning is not included in furnished property quotes unless specifically requested.
Wall washing is excluded unless quoted separately.
Ceiling cleaning is not covered in bond cleaning packages.
Mould and mildew removal is not guaranteed and is excluded from our bond cleaning guarantee.
Quotes are based on the details provided at booking and may be revised after on-site inspection.
Any changes to quotes will be discussed and require your acceptance before service continues.
Declining a revised quote may affect the service guarantee.
Acceptance of our quote is confirmation that you agree to these terms.
Standard carpet cleaning addresses general dirt and light stains only. Stubborn stains, pet odours, or heavy soiling may attract extra charges.
Drying times vary depending on ventilation. We recommend leaving windows open and fans on.
We do not guarantee stain or damage removal where permanent wear exists.
Microwave cleaning and fridge cleaning (in furnished homes) are not included unless specifically requested.
Difficult parking or limited property access may lead to extra fees.
We will address issues raised by your property manager or agent within 7 days of the service date.
Our Free Re-clean Guarantee means we will return for a free re-clean of any items missed from the agreed checklist, not a refund.
Keys must be arranged for any re-clean visits.
Permanent damage, wear and tear, mould, or items not listed in the original cleaning checklist are not covered.
Valid for 7 days from the initial clean.
Applies only to full-service packages based on the cleaning checklist sent with your booking confirmation.
Re-clean requests must be supported by the exit report from your property manager, plus photographic evidence.
Guarantee covers one re-clean only.
Exclusions include:
Pre-existing damage
General wear and tear
Stains outside the scope of service
Mould or mildew
Client negligence after cleaning
We match quotes from licensed, insured competitors offering the same level of service.
Unlicensed or unverified providers are not eligible for price matching.
Services are delivered in line with Australian Consumer Law.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm appointments.
Full payment must be made before cleaning commences.
Cancellations must comply with our cancellation policy.
We are not liable for damages caused by undisclosed property conditions, structural issues, or pre-existing damage.
All booking fees, service fees, and additional charges are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, as our guarantee is a free re-clean service only.
By booking with us, you consent to photos being taken before, during, and after cleaning for quality control and training.
If you do not wish for photos to be taken, please notify us in writing before the scheduled service.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide services caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, or natural disasters.
